Cardholder Statement Descriptor & Segpay Billing Notice
All credit card, debit card, and electronic payment transactions on Calcantibus are securely processed by Segpay, an authorized international high-risk merchant service provider. Transactions will appear on your monthly bank or credit card statement as:
1. Business Model & Limited License Fulfillment
The business model of calcantibus.com consists of Calcantibus fulfilling, to the benefit of consumer users, limited, non-exclusive, revocable licenses of use for the respectively purchased or subscribed digital contents, as granted by the authoring creators ("Creator Users").
Consumer users do not acquire title, ownership, or intellectual property rights in the contents. Calcantibus acts as an authorized collection and commercial billing agent on behalf of Creators, collecting payments from consumers and remitting disbursements subject to applicable platform commissions, chargeback reserve schedules, and named fees.
2. Creator Liability & Pass-Through of Card Brand & Regulatory Fines
MANDATORY CONTRACTUAL COVENANT FOR ALL CREATOR PERSONAS:
Each Creator User explicitly covenants and agrees that any fine, assessment, penalty, legal fee, or chargeback dispute surcharge caused to or levied against Calcantibus or its payment processors (including Segpay, acquiring banks, Visa, Mastercard, or government regulatory bodies) resulting directly or indirectly from the Creator’s published content, copyright infringement, non-consensual depictions, minor depictions, or non-compliance with 18 U.S.C. § 2257 SHALL BE CHARGED DIRECTLY TO, INDEMNIFIED BY, AND RECOVERED FROM THE CREATOR.
Calcantibus reserves the unconditional right to offset, withhold, debit, and seize any current earnings, future earnings, held rolling reserves, and disbursement balances to satisfy any Card Brand Non-Compliance Assessments (which range up to $500,000 per violation), legal defense costs, and statutory penalties.
3. 18 U.S.C. § 2257 Record-Keeping Compliance Statement
All visual depictions of actual sexually explicit conduct, simulated conduct, or adult visual media published on Calcantibus comply with the record-keeping requirements of 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75. All depicted persons were at least 18 years of age at the time of creation.
4. Subscription Billing, Cancellation & Refund Policy
Tag subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly or defined periodic interval. Subscriptions renew automatically at the prevailing tier price unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.
- Cancellation: Users can cancel recurring subscriptions anytime from their Consumer Portal or by contacting Segpay CS at cs.segpay.com without penalty. Cancellation halts future charges; access remains active through the current prepaid cycle.
- Refunds: Due to the instantaneous digital fulfillment of limited licenses, completed purchases are non-refundable once accessed, except in cases of verified unauthorized billing, billing errors, or technical delivery failure.
- Disputes & Chargebacks: Users are encouraged to open a support ticket first. Initiating a bank chargeback results in automated account suspension, license revocation, and dispute processing fees.
5. 18+ Age Restriction & Adult Content Warning
Calcantibus contains material intended strictly for adults who are at least eighteen (18) years of age, or the age of legal majority in the user’s jurisdiction, whichever is greater. Minors are strictly prohibited from viewing or accessing the platform.
6. Strictly Prohibited Content & Immediate Takedowns
Calcantibus maintains a zero-tolerance policy against: (a) Child Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (CSAE/CSAM); (b) Non-consensual sexual content (NCII) or "revenge porn"; (c) Bestiality, necrophilia, or non-consensual violence; (d) Hate speech, human trafficking, or unconsented depictions. Any occurrence results in immediate account termination, evidence reporting to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and law enforcement, and legal restitution.
